The Care Home will be split over three storeys with associated communal facilities, patios, decks and landscaped gardens. There will also be a basement area for the commercial kitchen, Plant Rooms and laundry plus Back of House services.

The works comprised of Design & Construct of 78 Bed Care Home on behalf of Caring Homes Group Ltd.

A traditional construction, with CFA piles on smartfoot foundations, brick and block, PCC floors and stairs, timber roof structure with single ply standing seam roof coverings, aluminium gutters, cedar timber boarding and render panelling, UPVC windows and doors, coupled with landscaped gardens and features.

Mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, and full air conditioned systems have been provided.

The fit out has been designed to a very high standard to give residents a ‘5 star’ luxury feel, whilst not compromising on the care facilities.
