A traditional construction, comprising brick block external walling, PCC floors and stairs, with timber roof structure with plain tile roof coverings, UPVC gutters, with render panelling and mock tudor beams, UPVC windows and doors, coupled with landscaped gardens and features.

Mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, and full air conditioned systems have been provided.

A traditional construction, with CFA piles on smartfoot foundations, brick and block, PCC floors and stairs, timber roof structure with single ply standing seam roof coverings, aluminium gutters, cedar timber boarding and render panelling, UPVC windows and doors, coupled with landscaped gardens and features.

Mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, and full air conditioned systems have been provided.

The fit out has been designed to a very high standard to give residents a ‘5 star’ luxury feel, whilst not compromising on the care facilities.
